Friends Art Lab gift cards work on any purchase from friendsartlab.com. Our gift cards make excellent gifts for kids, teachers, families, and everyone in between!
Gift cards are issued in the amount indicated by the purchaser. There is a $20 minimum when purchasing a gift card.

Do you offer physical gift cards?
No. We only offer digital gift cards which are even better because they cannot be misplaced or lost.
Can I use a discount code when purchasing a gift card?
Promotions and discounts cannot be applied towards gift card purchases.
Is there an activation fee when purchasing gift cards?
No. There are no fees for activating, purchasing, or using a gift card on friendsartlab.com.
Do gift cards expire?
Gift cards do not expire.
How do I redeem a gift card?
It’s easy. Make your selections and proceed to Checkout as usual. On the Payment page, enter your gift card number and then click Apply Gift Card. If you have more than one gift card, enter the information for each gift card you wish to use towards your purchase. Our system will perform the appropriate calculations. Gift cards may be used in combination with a credit card to complete your transaction.
Friends Art Lab gift cards are redeemable only for online products at friendsartlab.com.
You may not use a gift card to purchase another gift card.
Gift cards have no cash value and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash. Gift cards may not be returned.
Do I have to spend the exact amount on my gift card?
No. If your purchase amount is less than the value of the gift card, you can apply the remaining balance towards your next purchase. If your purchase amount is greater than the gift card balance, you will need to make the additional payment with a credit card or another gift card. Any unused balance remains on your gift card until it is spent.
How long does it take to receive the gift card once purchased?
The recipient will receive the gift card within 24 hours of the purchase. If the recipient has not received the gift card after 24 hours, please contact us at info@friendsartlab.com.
The purchaser of the gift card will receive a confirmation email after the gift card is purchased.
Can I check the balance of my gift card?
Please contact us at info@friendsartlab.com to check the balance of a gift card.
Can gift cards be reloaded?
No. You cannot reload a gift card.
